    WOW! Thank you so much for putting this huge variety together. I have been using your site for inspiration on plant based meals and desserts for the last year now and it always amazes me the lovely concoctions you make. I’ve never commented before but I really wanted to show my appreciation for the effort you have put into making this list. Its my first plant based Christmas and I hadn’t a clue what I was going to have, but the whole roasted cauliflower and stuffed butternut squash are now on the list. Thanks again ?

    Do you have a good recipe for dairy free pastry cream? I’ve tried a few different ones, but they haven’t turned out well.

      If you google spruce eats vegan vanilla pudding, you’ll find a very easy vanilla pudding recipe using cornstarch. I’ve used it many times to make layered banana pudding (southern style, like a trifle), and I think if you cook it a little longer and cool it to thicken further, it may work as a pastry cream.
