    Thank you for all the delicious recipes!! I’d love to see more ideas on how to use fruit in a way that is not dessert or a smoothie. I love the breakfast salad idea! Are there other ways to creative incorporate fruits into main dish meals and sides? Maybe something like grilled kabobs, stir fry, cooked veggie medleys with a bit of fruit, etc.

      Hi Carol, love that idea! We’ll see about adding more recipes like that in the future. We have some recipes for fruit slaws in tacos that might interest you (fish and bean). Hope that helps!
