    Question – is there something that would sub well for the almond flour in the GF recipes, if we don’t need them to be GF? Like spelt flour or white wheat, for example? Would you need to modify?

      Yeah, I’d say either should work but gluten flours are usually more absorbent so start with slightly less and work you way up to avoid dry/crumbly cookies. xo!

    Which of these would you recommend for weight-watchers? The kind we can savour one or two a day without consuming too much of our daily calorie allowance? And any tips for substitutions to reduce the amount of calories per serving?

      Probably the snickerdoodles! You can also sub in some stevia for sugar where you can. Hope that helps!

    Thank you for the many gluten free recipes. I am both gluten and lactose intolerant and always have to swap which doesn’t bother me anymore but still.
    I have never tried no bake cookies.., which do you recommend that’s easier in taste?

    Hello Dana. I love your recipes. I wonder if you could help me with something. You are not alone, but I notice many of your recipes are gluten free. I have read that eating gluten free if you are not intolerant can be dangerous. In fact few people are truly intolerant. Is it that you are intolerant which would explain the recipes? I am not being rude but am truly interested.

      Hi Faye! I eat some gluten but only sourdough bread and spelt flour! I digest those best. It is important to have a diverse diet! It’s the framework laid out in the book Fiber Fueled if you’re interested to learn more!
