For the folks worried about protein, instead of using a protein powder, you can also use peanut butter. When consumed as a spread on bread, it’s a complete protein. Although, new studies have shown that you don’t need to consume them both at once for it to be a complete protein. Hope that helps :) ?

Costco has (gmo and soy free) ready made protien shakes. Ones similar to a muscle milk. They also carry a kirkland brand for kids. Warning, may have cow milk.
