    These recipes all look absolutely PERFECT. The collard wraps would be the best healthy meal while I’d dig into a slice of vegan chocolate cake or a couple of tahini-stuffed dates if I were feeling indulgent!

    The abundance salad seems to be linking to the photo rather than the recipe. Trying to atone with dinner before (and likely after) going face first into chocolate.

    I always go with your chocolate lava cakes ;) Love that they are made with beets. It’s become a tradition for us and I highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried them yet! <3

    I would add to that the “I don’t believe there’s avocado in there” truffles, which I made many times :
    300 grams bittersweet chocolate
    200 grams avocado pulp
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 sp sugar
    pinch of salt
    1.5 sp cocoa powder + for coating

    melt chocolate, add all others, cool, shape, roll in cocoa powder
