I love your recipes! Im wondering if there an alternative when the recipes call for chickpea brine? I’m not eager to open a can of chickpea when I have no plans for them. And Does the chickpea brine keep in the fridge for when I do open a new can?
Thank you!
These recipes are so exciting! Then, when l look at the ingredients l am really disappointed, as so many of them have oats or oatflour in them. I am gluten AND oat intolerant! I wonder if oats can be replaced with something else, such as quinoa flakes/flour?
Hi Magdalena, depending on the recipe, quinoa flakes/flour might work. Sometimes mixing it with sorghum flour is best for a better flavor. We’d suggest looking at the comments on the recipe you are hoping to make for more specific guidance.
I have made the blueberry scones again and again. So good. I really appreciate this service you are doing for those of us with food sensitivity
challenges.

Aquafaba is kind of magical – I encourage you to try it! And yes, it lasts in the fridge once opened for ~5-7 days.

It would be great if you also distinguished which recipes are or can be nut free. Thanks!

We’ll take that into consideration! Thanks, Lisa. Lovely suggestion.
