    I made the Roasted Sweet Potato Tofu Hash and loved it but I substituted Maple Syrup for the sugar. Really added an incredible glaze.

    Your format reads “Make the Recipe”. One writes a recipe, reads a recipe, follows a recipe. Your readers don’t want to make the recipe, but the dish. You really need a good editor. Contact me if you want to explore.
