Raising hand…….Can I come for brunch?
Bahahahaha…..Thank you so much for all of your hard work. I plan to make many of these recipes and I intend to report back. Take care…
What a great collection! Just wanted to ask if you have ever experimented with pecan or cashew flour as a sub for almond flour. I just found out that I’m allergic to almonds (ouch!) I understand they can be subbed measure for measure. I am going to start trying it tomorrow but, was wondering if you have an opinion on it?
Hi Mary Beth, we haven’t experimented much with pecan or cashew flour, but we have heard they make good subs. Tiger nut flour is also supposed to be good! Pecans have more fat than almonds, so we think cashews would probably be the best 1:1 sub to try. Let us know how it goes!
