Hi Dana, I want you to know that I have copied hundreds of recipes, an most are Yours. Last Tues, the coolest day of the week, I made 2 choices
for 3 berry crisp. the first asked me to boil the berries in a pot c Arrowroot etc.
I saved this step by using your recipe. Sweet enough even my wife liked it. Thank you again- and there’s nothing to change ; ie from whole wheat to Premium Gold Flax & Ancient Grains, as is so many others, who are being subsidized by the Wheat assoc. and the Sugar growers etc.
You are a good fit as a knowledgeable chef/ nutritionist
Just yesterday we decided it was time to try a new flavor of vegan ice cream…as part of summer bucket list. We tried a cashew based salted caramel and served it affogato style..with a shot of decaf espresso poured over it. Yum! great combo. I realized we are half way thru summer and need more ice-cream. those vegan cinnamon nachos with ice cream next!
