I’ve made the arancini twice & I make the balls & they’re near perfect, but when I put them in the pan, they sort of stick and don’t get browned, and then, when I put them in the oven, they flattened down?!!
Hi Bea, it sounds like maybe they need more breadcrumbs or vegan parmesan. Are you using homemade or store-bought vegan parm? We’d recommend homemade for best results!
