Great list. Thank you! As a result of this post, I discovered your Vegan Chocolate Turtles which suit my family members’ restricted diets and are also really, really delicious and easy to make. I gifted several plates of them for the holidays. All were well received. This recipe is now a new favorite!
I’ve been disillusioned with the consumer culture that pervades Christmas (and other holidays) and much of American culture beyond that…. but I still love giving people a little something. These spice blends gave me some great ideas for the future! The drink mixes are especially cute and will fit into my zero waste + minimalist requirements! THANK YOU.
Texas Caviar would be a nice gift too. I live in Hawaii, moved from Texas, and thought my Hawaiian friends would like a little taste of Texas so I plan to make that as a gift. I’d have to substitute jalapeno peppers, but cayenne will work just as well, with green bell pepper.
