I was looking at the recipe for the Massaman curry. I actually do have some of the Massaman curry paste in my pantry. Can I use that in lieu of separate spices? If so, how much should I use? Thank you!
Hi Carol, we haven’t tried that recipe with paste but your jar of curry paste probably has some recommended measurements you could reference. Usually ~1/2-1 Tbsp per cup of liquid/veggies. Let us now how it goes!
Dana…you have made such a difference in my life! I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis a year ago and am reversing my condition through diet, exercise and stress management. The diet is quite restrictive (vegan as well as gluten, alcohol, caffeine and oil free) but your website has made the journey not only easy but absolutely delicious. I can’t thank you enough! My body feels amazing…high five and big hug to you. xo

Massaman curry was so tasty. I only put one full fat tin of coconut milk in and one tin of water. Also put a lemongrass stalk in.
