    want to lose some weight and feel better a friend of mine went vegan and I have seen results with her health.Just need some direction with different foods like breakfast,lunch and dinner.Maybe a late night snack.Was told it would help with my arthritis.

      It would definitely help with your arthritis to be vegan. My youngest daughter lost her childhood to JRA. I read The China Study. We took her off all animal protein and after years of meds, chemo meds, powerful injections, therapy, doctors visits, incredible pain and more she fully recovered the minute we took all animal protein out her diet.
