    My daughter encouraged me try alternatives to meat (i.e., reduce meat) and recommended Minimalist Baker as a good guide to follow.

    To date have made a few of your dishes (recipe), for example:

    – SWEET POTATO CHICKPEA BUDDHA BOWL
    – EASY CHANA MASALA
    – Thai Massaman Curry

    In all cases the dishes are sweet, something we do NOT enjoy in savory main course dishes. Is there something you can suggest that I may be doing incorrectly that is causing this or some variant that I should try to get rid of the sweetness. Excluding the maple syrup doesn’t seem to make a difference.

      We’ll add it to our ideas list! In the meantime, we wonder if it might work to use this recipe as a guide, replacing the peanut sauce with BBQ sauce. Let us know if you try it!
