Chickpeas creeped me out until an Indian friend recently introduced me to a Chickpea Curry. Since then I have made Chickpea and Potato Curry, and Crispy fried Chickpeas. My pantry is stocked. Humus gives Chickpeas a bad name and I will never eat it. Looking forward to trying some of these recipes.
