    I forwarded these bowl recipes to my daughter and son-in-law and asked which they would like for a home delivered meal. Got two responses – bibimbap and Mediterranean bowls. Attempted both last weekend – delivered Bibimbap Saturday for lunch and Mediterranean for Sunday dinner. Made crispy tofu which is the tofu rendition my son-in-law loved it. Also, the scratch made falafel is a definite plus in the mediterranean bowl. There’s enough falafel for a dozen to tuck away in freezer. Minimalist Baker is my go-to food blog especially with vegan family members.

    Hi, I love your blog (and have been cooking delicious food from it for months)! Maybe this is just me, but as a point of feedback, when I look at articles like this, I find myself repeatedly scrolling up and down to try to match the photos to the descriptions. I wonder if there’s any solution you think could fix this, like perhaps showing the description as a tooltip when you hover the mouse over the image?
