I forwarded these bowl recipes to my daughter and son-in-law and asked which they would like for a home delivered meal. Got two responses – bibimbap and Mediterranean bowls. Attempted both last weekend – delivered Bibimbap Saturday for lunch and Mediterranean for Sunday dinner. Made crispy tofu which is the tofu rendition my son-in-law loved it. Also, the scratch made falafel is a definite plus in the mediterranean bowl. There’s enough falafel for a dozen to tuck away in freezer. Minimalist Baker is my go-to food blog especially with vegan family members.
If these were compiled as a recipe book with photos would be so much easier to print off all in one go instead of individually clicking on them for the recipe.
Mind, I have just realised that hovering the pointer over the photo, the full description does come up in a URL in the bottom left corner (though that may only be when using Chrome, I don’t know…).
So excited to look through these recipes! I’ve been On the hunt for new lunch ideas for work. Are there any recipes in particular that could be eaten cold?
I just want to say THANK YOU for providing these delicious recipes!! This will set my daughter & I off to a great start of the new year with healthy & plant based recipes!! I enjoy all your books as well! Happy New Year!
Seriously, how can you pick just 1 bowl? Answer: make them all! I KNOW (said in Monica voice)! I will have to make the spicy ones less spicy aa I can’t do spicy.
Hi, I love your blog (and have been cooking delicious food from it for months)! Maybe this is just me, but as a point of feedback, when I look at articles like this, I find myself repeatedly scrolling up and down to try to match the photos to the descriptions. I wonder if there’s any solution you think could fix this, like perhaps showing the description as a tooltip when you hover the mouse over the image?
Perfect timing! I just learned about buddha bowls recently and have been looking up different bowl meals since then. When I saw the newest post here, I was so excited! I have a few bookmarked already and can’t wait to try some of these!

I’m glad it’s not just me, these look great but I find the scrolling up and down to match the description to the picture is off-putting.
Love this site generally, though.

We think most of them would be good cold! But the best candidates would probably be these: https://minimalistbaker.com/thai-noodle-bowls-almond-butter-tofu/, https://minimalistbaker.com/the-ultimate-mediterranean-bowl/, and https://minimalistbaker.com/greek-goddess-bowl-30-minutes/. Let us know if you give any of them a try!
