I love the recipes and really enjoy the challenges my kids (almost 30 years old) give me to find new vegan meals. I search online and watch you tube videos for recipes and liked many Minimalist Baker recipes so I purchased a cook book.
Only thing is the recipe print is way too small!! The items such as 1/2 or 3/4 is so small I cannot read them. Very disappointed in the book for that reason.
Kathleen you’ll prolly never see this but do Control and + on your keyboard and it zooms in (makes all text bigger) on websites. You can do control and – to zoom out.
This is my go to website for recipes. I almost always have to modify ingredients as I live in Jamaica country side and don’t have access to stores that carry some of the items. But, I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried. Keep the recipes coming.
God’s Blessings for 2020

So sorry, Kathleen! Unfortunately we can’t control the print size in the book anymore. It’s been in print for years now.
