Please consider listing a collection of “Oil Free” recipes. I follow a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle – no meat, no dairy, no oil. My cholesterol went from 220 to 136. I lost 70 pounds and have maintained my weight. All oil is a processed food, no fiber, 100% fat, about 120 calories per tablespoon. I saute’ onions in water or vegetable broth. Coconut milk is high in saturated fat.
Hi Candy, Thank you for the suggestion! In the meantime, you can find all of our oil-free recipes by using the “oil-free” filter under “special diet” in our recipe index. However, it does include recipes with coconut milk, so you’ll need to manually exclude those. Hope that helps!
