Cast iron skillets must be seasoned before using. Afterwards, don’t wash them in soapy water; soap removes the seasoning effect. When they’re ready to use, heat them on top of the stove before adding oil or food. All mentioned should keep food from sticking.
I am in need of a good food processor and a good “non-stick” skillet. I use your recipes all the time and tell my vegan friends about them! I sooo appreciate you and your website with great, delicious, vegan, EASY meals! If you would be able to give me recommendations on the above, please do so. I am struggling with food sticking in my Red Copper skillet and even my cast iron. I also do not have a food processor, so I will be looking to do so. Thanks so much!
