    Yes loved the butternut squash lasagne! I’d usually be super intimidated by something like that but your directions were great and it turned out amazing! Can’t wait to try some of these others on the list!

    I’ve been trying out your recipes in 2021 and just made the seedy granola bars to take on holiday as hiking snacks. Keep doing what you are doing please!!! I’ve a son with autism and at home we eat as clean as we can = settled, predictable behaviour. Your recipes are easy to follow and taste delicious. Tasty gluten/dairy free with natural sugars ain’t easy to pull off- it’s an art!

    I especially love the way that you have catalogued everything! This makes it so easy to find what I am looking for. And I am sure that everyone else agrees. It’s not very often you find recipes that are as good as yours, have as detailed directions/descriptions AND catalogued so wonderfully. I know that must have been a large task– but oh so worth it!
