I’d like to share my favorite brussels sprouts recipe (measurements are intuitive/common sense/ to taste): Very simple.
Cut ends off sprouts, then cut in half vertically.
Steam until about 1/2 done.
Sautee with olive oil and/or butter, garlic, and capers.
Add fresh or packaged grated parmesan cheese.
I call this the “dessert brussels sprouts”.
