I tried making the granola bars for acid reflux today – no chocolate but with yummy Manuka honey and almond butter (dates, seeds, almonds). YUM! Thank you! Most recipes make my reflux symptoms flare up in my throat & oesophagus, so thank you, thank you, thank you!

You could sub another dried fruit, such as prunes or figs?

I ran out of dates and used a mixture of dried apricots and raisins soaked for a few minutes in hot water which worked nicely.
