    Happy Holidays, Dana! I know Thanksgiving is over, but that doesn’t mean these recipes aren’t suitable for Christmas. That carrot cake, the sweet potato shepherd’s pie, apple gingerbread cake, apple pie crumble bars, vegan meatloaf, vegan spelt rolls, oil free roasted vegetables, butternut squash hummus, and vegan pinwheels look stunning! Well, they all do. But I’m sure you get that compliment ALL the time. ;) Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving!

    I’ve been looking for some mushroom soup recipes for Thanksgiving and realized you don’t have any. Can I request a creamy, savory, yummy mushroom soup? I’ll be making your biscuits, gravy, and squash/sweet potato casserole as they have become Thanksgiving staples.

    I forgot about the gingerbread apple cake and I can’t wait to try that too.

    When you make such a compilation, aren’t you quite amazed at how many stellar recipes you have developed over the years? I know I am!

    Europe here, so we don’t do Thanksgiving, but if I were celebrating it one of the things to be grateful for is having found your site some years ago. Many of your recipes are on frequent rotation here and absolutely love the stuff you come up with! (except anything cauliflower – that vegetable is just a crime against humanity.)
